Oscar Alferez Jr., 51, of Sacramento, CA, passed away on January 26, 2025. He is survived by his loving wife, parents, and sister. As a devoted father, he leaves behind nine children, twelve grandchildren with one on the way. Oscar will be missed by numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Oscar found his greatest joy in spending time with his grandchildren, playing with them, and cherishing every moment.

Oscar worked as a Pump Operator for over 20 years. Outside of work, he was a member of the Weasels USA Nomads and E Clampus Vitus (ECV) and served in a leadership capacity for both organizations. As an avid motorcycle enthusiast, he took every opportunity to ride his beloved bikes and enjoy the freedom they offered. Oscar took great pride in organizing rides, especially the Annual Toy Run, which brought joy to many.

Oscar will be remembered for his kind and generous heart and the lasting impact he had on everyone he met. His presence brought warmth and laughter, and his legacy of love and friendship will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

A Celebration of Life will be held on February 14, 2025, at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament, 1019 11th St, Sacramento, CA 95814.

Services will include:
Viewing: 8:30 a.m.
Rosary: 9:00 a.m.
Catholic Mass: 9:30 a.m.

Interment will follow at St. Mary Cemetery, 6509 Fruitridge Rd, Sacramento, CA.
