Ronald William Horak

Ronald William Horak passed away peacefully on April 13, 2022, at his home in Sacramento, California at the age of 75.

Born January 22, 1947, to Billy Lumir Horak and Evelyn Alene Maxwell in Des Moines, Iowa. Ron is survived and will be missed by his wife of 49 years Candice, and his children, Martin (Muriel), Murray (Astrid), Shane (Sharon), Becky and his 12 grandchildren. Ron was preceded in death by his father Billy, his mother Evelyn and his brother Steven.

Ron was the owner of Standard Appliance Parts Co. in Sacramento for 53 years. Ron volunteered to serve our country from 1966 to 1970 in the U.S. Navy as a Seabee during the Vietnam War.

He met the love of his life Candice in Sacramento, CA. They were married in Reno in 1972. The space left behind by his passing can never be filled. He will forever be missed.

Funeral services will be held on May 6, 2022, at George L Klumpp Chapel of Flowers.
